Make the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. Set aside.
Cook the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook 5 minutes until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
Add Veggies:
Stir in onion and bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes until veggies soften and beef browns. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Simmer with Sauce:
